I photographed portraits of developer Asher Luzzatto for a WSJ story about transforming Denver's abundant, empty office space into housing. I live in Denver and I work downtown pretty frequently - and it is a ghost town compared to the traffic it used to have pre-pandemic. The city needs solutions and this one is interesting if we can pull it off.
